Wellness travel has changed. The best wellness trips today are designed around how you actually want to feel when you come home. The French Riviera has a personality problem. In the best way. Every town along the coast feels a little different, which is why clients often ask where they should stay. Nice works best as a base. Easy access, strong food scene, and a mix of beach and city. Cannes is about convenience done well. Hotels, beach clubs, and restaurants are all within reach, which makes the experience feel very dialed in. Saint-Tropez is about planning ahead. Where you stay and where you book changes everything, especially during peak season. One thing we always encourage clients to do, though, is leave the coastline for a bit. Hilltop villages like Èze and Saint Paul de Vence offer a completely different perspective of the region.
