These are the trips we’re booking earlier and earlier for clients right now. Not because travel is complicated, but because the most memorable experiences often have limited space. Japan is at the top of that list. Timing around seasons, securing the right hotels, and building out food-focused experiences all tend to book up quickly, especially during peak times. Antarctica works the same way. Expedition ships are intentionally small, so the best departures fill well in advance. Patagonia follows a similar pattern, where remote lodges have a limited number of rooms and guides. Then there are longer journeys through places like Italy, Spain, or Australia, where combining multiple regions into one well-paced itinerary takes more coordination the closer you get.
