What Our Clients Say

We had the most amazing and memorable European trip/cruise all thanks to the personal assistance of our trip designer Jennifer Ajsenberg. From planning all the way to the end Jenny was with us ready to assist us and she never fails.
Eileen G.
Lauren was fantastic to work with and really listened to each of our wishes and came up with an itinerary that pleased the group…not easy with four strong women. Her team’s choice of hotels was spot on for both location and comfort. The extra touch of having a private transport from/to the airport was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to book through her again. Thank you Lauren & Team
Lesley M.,

I would highly recommend that anyone who is traveling, domestic or international, let Charity plan your trip. She has a vast wealth of knowledge and information that would be useful to help guide you or make suggestions for your trip.

Toni M.,
We just went on the best family cruise ever! We took a small ship through the inside passage in Alaska and when I started looking around I had no idea what to choose. Charity helped me with everything! The cruise we took, NatGeo/Lindblad, wasn’t even on my radar but it was absolutely perfect for us!
Jessica B.
Lauren helped us book a short notice trip to Paris and it was incredible! She was able to help get us into great attractions and restaurants and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend using her company for traveling in France. She is easy to work with and accommodating to your needs and requests.
Renee F.,

The private wine tour in Tuscany was beyond our wildest expectations. We’ll never travel without Lauren again!

The Harrisons

Jenny helped us plan a trip of a lifetime! The Galápagos Islands! We were in excellent hands with her. I highly recommend Jenny and will definitely use her services in the future.

Christine E.,

I have worked with Charity for a couple of years now for my travel needs. My travel is typically complicated and ever changing, She handles it all with patience, integrity and knowledge. She’s a total 5 star trusted travel agent.

Cynthia P. ,
This team planned our family’s first Disney trip in 20+ years, from A-Z. Everything went as planned. We couldn’t be more thrilled and will come back again for our next trip, 100%!
Kyle W.,
Charity is a wonderful Travel Consultant. She listens to you and asks questions to ensure you are getting the experience you are looking for. My husband and I have used her for numerous trips, Scotland, Italy, Greece, Fiji and more. Recommend her highly!
Connie K. ,

The trip is something I will remember forever. Jennifer did a great job in organizing our trip and with the easy format she gave us made it so easy to keep us on track. The tour guides were awesome and our cooking class was so much fun.

Can we talk about Amsterdam for a second? Because it doesn't get nearly enough credit.

Thirteen UNESCO-listed canals, two of the world's greatest museums, a neighborhood in the Jordaan that rivals anything in Paris for atmosphere, and a food scene that nobody talks about nearly enough. It's all there.

Here's the insider tip we give almost every client heading to Amsterdam: add a few days in Bruges or Ghent. Both are under three hours by train, and the contrast in atmosphere makes both destinations feel richer. Medieval architecture, incredible chocolate and beer culture, and a pace that is completely different from Amsterdam. Most people come back wishing they had built in more time.

Northern Europe is one of the most rewarding regions we recommend right now. Get in touch if it's on your list.

Cool-cations are officially trending this summer, and honestly, we've been recommending them for years.

More travelers are planning their peak season trips around comfort and experience rather than just the calendar. The result? Some of the most spectacular destinations in the world, with a fraction of the usual crowds and temperatures that actually make you want to spend time outside. A few of our favorites right now:

Norway's fjord country is most accessible in summer, and the quality of light at that latitude is something clients consistently say they weren't prepared for. Photographers plan entire trips around it.

Iceland in summer is genuinely extraordinary. Long days, dramatic landscapes, and none of the overcrowding that defines peak season in southern Europe.

Vancouver Island in British Columbia is one of the most underrated summer destinations in North America. Old-growth forests, incredible wildlife, world-class kayaking, and a coastal pace that is hard to find anywhere else.

Alaska in summer delivers some of the most beautiful scenery on earth. Glacier trekking, wildlife encounters, and long golden days that stretch well into the evening.

The Atacama Desert in Chile is one of the driest places on earth and one of the best stargazing destinations in the world. Days are warm rather than hot, nights are cool, and the landscape is unlike anything else.

And then there's Patagonia. Remote, dramatic, and one of the most distinctive trips we plan all year.

Peak season travel without the heat, the crowds, or the chaos. Reach out, and let's find the right one for you.

Bodrum has seen a surge in new hotels over the last decade. Macakizi has been there since 1977, and it just gave the food world a reason to pay attention.

It earned one of Bodrum's first Michelin stars, and the food program here goes well beyond that. The chef dives for the catch every morning. The new restaurant, Ayla, serves a three-act dinner over two and a half hours, featuring olive oil from Memecik village, honey from Comlekci, and blue crab from Datca. Breakfast is unapologetically Turkish: simit, local cheeses, and tomatoes the size of small melons. No sad buffet eggs in sight.

This is the property we recommend when clients want the Bodrum Peninsula done properly. Get in touch to learn more!

Truffle hunting with trained dogs in the morning. Twenty-seven holes through Tuscan vineyards in the afternoon. Tableside tiramisù at dinner inside a medieval castle. That's a Tuesday at Castelfalfi.

It covers everything Tuscany does well in one place. Five restaurants, including La Rocca inside the original castle. A RAKxa spa with both indoor and outdoor pools. Falconry experiences, a cooking class with the executive chef, and a beekeeping session with the resident beekeeper that ends with a honey tasting.

The estate produces its own wine, olive oil, and wildflower honey, all available to taste and take home. San Gimignano is 30 minutes away, and Volterra is 35, so it works well as a base for the wider region too.

If Italy has been on your travel wish list, this is one of the most interesting places to build the trip around. Get in touch to learn more.
