Getting eight people to agree on a destination is one thing. Getting twenty-six people to the right property, in the right rooms, with the right dining reservations and a private excursion that works for everyone — that’s something else entirely.
We’ve done it for friend groups celebrating milestone birthdays, families reuniting across time zones, corporate groups who need the trip to feel special rather than corporate, and everyone in between.
Small groups get the most personalized experience. Large groups get the most impressive logistics. Both get our full attention.
HOW WE WORK WITH GROUPS
SMALL GROUPS
8–14 travelers
The sweet spot for custom land itineraries. Private experiences, exclusive access, and the flexibility to move together.
MEDIUM GROUPS
15–30 travelers
Where group travel gets interesting — complex enough to need real expertise, intimate enough to still feel personal.
LARGE GROUPS
30–120+ travelers
Where cruise ships and resort buyouts come into their own. We’ve coordinated groups as large as 120 on a single sailing.
We work with friend groups, family reunions, corporate groups, and milestone celebrations. Our minimum group size is 8 travelers.

Most people underestimate what goes into a group trip until they’re three weeks in, managing fourteen email chains and a spreadsheet that keeps changing.
We handle all of it.
From the initial destination consultation to rooming lists, group dining reservations, private excursion coordination, transfer logistics, and the hundred small decisions that would otherwise fall on whoever volunteered to “organize the trip.”
That person can come on the trip instead. We’ll handle the planning.

For larger groups, cruises offer something land travel rarely can: everyone together on the same ship, exploring multiple destinations, with the flexibility to separate and reconnect throughout the day.
We’ve coordinated group sailings as large as 120 guests — handling cabin selection, group dining, private shore excursions, and the onboard celebration moments that make a group cruise feel genuinely special rather than just logistically convenient.
Our preferred relationships with major cruise lines mean our groups receive amenities, group rates, and priority access that aren’t available through standard channels.
