1. Respectful Communication
   Treat all interactions with kindness and professionalism, just as you’d expect in return. We’re your trusted travel partner, and we do our best work in a positive, collaborative environment.
2. Timely & Accurate Information
   Provide accurate traveler details (including legal names as shown on government-issued ID), dates of birth, and contact info as soon as possible. Double-check all documents and confirmations to avoid hiccups.
3. Shared Responsibility & Personal Accountability
   While we handle the details, some aspects of your travel, such as airline communications, last-minute delays, or policy changes, are outside our control. We’ll always advocate for you, provide guidance, and offer solutions wherever possible.
   As our client, we ask that you also take personal responsibility for:
   • Monitoring your email, text messages, and airline apps for important updates or notifications, especially once you are checked in or in transit.
   • Reviewing all travel documents and confirmations promptly for accuracy, and notifying us immediately if you spot any discrepancies.
   • Following instructions and timelines provided for documentation, payments, and travel requirements. 
   • Being proactive in communicating any concerns or changes in your plans as soon as possible.
     By working together and each taking accountability for our respective roles, we can ensure the smoothest, most enjoyable travel experience possible.
4. Patience During Disruptions
   Travel can be unpredictable. If something goes sideways, we promise to support you with empathy and expertise. Please extend the same patience and understanding to us and our partners as we work to resolve issues.

   Share your feedback constructively and let us know how we can make your experience even better. We value your insights and love celebrating your travel wins!

   Treat everyone you encounter on your journey, hotel staff, guides, drivers, and fellow travelers, with respect and kindness. You represent not just yourself, but the Travel Design Co. family.
7. Boundaries & Availability
   We are committed to providing attentive, thoughtful service. However, travel planning is dynamic and sometimes unpredictable. Our response times may vary, especially during peak travel seasons or when urgent issues arise for other clients.
   • Timeline Expectations: While we strive to respond within 24–48 business hours, some requests, especially those involving international partners in different time zones, may take longer than anticipated. Many of our trusted specialists abroad operate on different schedules and cultural norms regarding urgency.
   • Prioritization: We prioritize requests based on urgency, much like an emergency room, though not quite as dramatic. When you’re traveling and facing a time-sensitive issue, your needs will come first, just as we do for all clients. This means that during busy periods, our response to less urgent questions or planning updates may take longer than you’re used to. Please know that we haven’t forgotten you, and we are committed to responding as quickly as possible. If you’d like an update at any time during the planning process, you’re always welcome to check in for a progress report.
   • Patience & Partnership: Your patience is appreciated as we advocate on your behalf and coordinate with partners around the globe. Routine questions may take a bit longer during busy periods, but rest assured you are always on our radar.
